Desalting Columns
CentriPure gel filtration columns provide efficient gravity-flow desalting and purification of proteins, oligonucleotides, peptides, and other biomolecules. Two resin types support different molecular size ranges:
Z25M (MWCO ~10 nt/bp or ~5 kDa) — ideal for smaller oligonucleotides and peptides
Z50M (MWCO ~20 nt/bp or ~25 kDa) — suitable for larger oligos and proteins

Gel filtration column for purification and desalting of proteins larger than 5 kDa or nucleic acids longer than 10 bp/nt. Processes sample volumes of 150 mL.
CentriPure 25 – Z25M
Gel filtration column for purification and desalting of proteins largern than 5 kDa or nucleic acids longer than 10 bp/nt. Processes sample volumes of 2.5 mL.
CentriPure 300 – Z25M
Gel filtration column for purification and desalting of proteins larger than 5 kDa or nucleic acids longer than 10 bp/nt. Processes sample volumes of 30 mL.
