The CentriPure 300 – Z25M Gel Filtration Column from emp BIOTECH is engineered for efficient, gravity-driven purification and desalting of up to 30 mL of sample per column. Using Zetadex-25, a cross-linked beaded dextran resin, this column effectively removes small molecules such as salts, dyes, biotin, haptens, and ammonia from larger biomolecules, including nucleic acids (>10 bp), proteins (>5 kDa), and nanoparticles (>2 nm), in a single step.
