The CentriPure 1000 – Z25M column from emp BIOTECH is engineered for high-volume, gravity-driven purification and desalting of up to 100 mL of biological samples. Packed with Zetadex-25, a cross-linked beaded dextran resin, this column efficiently removes low-molecular-weight contaminants such as salts, dyes, biotin, ammonia, and haptens from larger biomolecules including proteins (>5 kDa), nucleic acids (>10 bp), and nanoparticles (>2 nm). Its optimized bed volume ensures exceptional reproducibility and high recovery rates in DNA, RNA, protein, and nanoparticle workflows.
