This gel filtration column enables simultaneous desalting and purification of antibodies, enzymes, oligonucleotides, and spheroidal nanoparticles. It efficiently removes small molecules such as salts, dyes, biotin, ammonia, and haptens while maintaining high sample recovery and integrity.
