The CentriPure Trial Pack from emp BIOTECH offers an easy entry point for testing gravity-flow gel filtration across multiple sample volumes. Each pack contains one prehydrated Zetadex-25–based column in five different sizes: 200 µL, 500 µL, 1.0 mL, 2.5 mL, and 5.0 mL. These columns are engineered for rapid and reliable desalting, buffer exchange, and small molecule removal from nucleic acids, proteins, and antibodies—all in less than 15 minutes.
The proprietary Zetadex-25 resin is a cross-linked beaded dextran size-exclusion matrix with an effective exclusion limit of ~5 kDa. It enables >99.99% removal of small molecules such as salts, dyes, biotin, haptens, and buffer components, while ensuring high recovery (>85%) of oligonucleotides (>10 bp) and proteins (>5 kDa). This pack is perfect for labs evaluating multiple sample volumes or developing scalable purification protocols.
