CentriPure 200 – Z25M from emp BIOTECH is a prehydrated gel filtration column optimized for rapid purification, desalting, and buffer exchange of 20 mL samples containing nucleic acids, proteins, antibodies, or nanoparticles. This gravity-flow column provides a convenient and scalable alternative to dialysis and tangential flow filtration (TFF), delivering fast and reproducible separation of low-molecular-weight impurities—including salts, dyes, biotin, haptens, and ammonia—from biomolecules larger than 5 kDa, oligonucleotides longer than 10 bp, and nanoparticles above 2 nm.
Packed with Zetadex-25, a cross-linked beaded dextran size-exclusion resin with a 50–150 µm particle size range, CentriPure 200 enables high-resolution separation in under 15 minutes without the need for centrifugation or vacuum. Its optimized bed volume and column geometry ensure consistent performance and excellent yield for a wide range of molecular biology and bioprocessing workflows.
