The CentriPure 100 – Z25M from emp BIOTECH is a high-performance gel filtration column designed for efficient desalting, buffer exchange, and purification of biomolecules. Optimized for sample volumes of 10 mL, this ready-to-use column employs Zetadex-25, a cross-linked dextran-based size-exclusion resin that effectively removes small molecules such as salts, dyes, biotin, ammonia, and haptens from larger macromolecules.
Ideal for biomolecules including nucleic acids longer than 10 bp, proteins larger than 5 kDa, and nanoparticles exceeding 2 nm, this gravity-driven column enables simultaneous purification and buffer exchange in less than 15 minutes—making it a fast and scalable alternative to dialysis or ultrafiltration (TFF).
