The CentriPure 400 – Z25M column from emp BIOTECH provides fast, gravity-driven purification and desalting of biomolecules in medium-volume applications. Designed for 40 mL samples, it removes low-molecular-weight contaminants—such as salts, dyes, biotin, haptens, and ammonia—from nucleic acids longer than 10 base pairs, proteins larger than 5 kDa, and nanoparticles greater than 2 nm. This column is prepacked with Zetadex-25, a cross-linked beaded dextran resin optimized for high-resolution size exclusion.
