CentriPure 10 – Z25M from emp BIOTECH is a high-performance gel filtration column designed for the rapid and efficient purification and desalting of proteins, nucleic acids, and nanoparticles. Optimized for 1.0 mL sample volumes, this ready-to-use column enables one-step cleanup of salts, dyes, haptens, biotin, and other small molecules—ideal for workflows involving proteins >5 kDa, oligonucleotides >10 bp, and nanoparticles >2 nm.
Packed with Zetadex-25, a cross-linked beaded dextran resin with a particle size of 50–150 µm, the CentriPure 10 column offers gravity-flow operation without the need for centrifugation or vacuum. Biomolecules too large to enter the pores are excluded and eluted rapidly, while smaller contaminants are retained—enabling >99.99% contaminant removal and >85% sample recovery in under 15 minutes.
