Packed with Zetadex-25, a cross-linked dextran-based size-exclusion resin, the column efficiently separates small molecules such as salts, dyes, biotin, ammonia, and haptens from larger biomolecules including nucleic acids (>10 bp), proteins (>5 kDa), and nanoparticles (>2 nm) in a single step.
