Pre-packed with Zetadex-50, a cross-linked beaded dextran size-exclusion resin, CentriPure 10 efficiently separates small molecules like salts, dyes, haptens, ammonia, and biotin from larger target molecules. With >99.99% removal of low-MW impurities and >85% recovery of proteins and oligonucleotides (>25 kDa or >20 bp), it ensures clean and reproducible sample preparation without the need for centrifugation or vacuum filtration.
