Packed with Zetadex-25, a cross-linked dextran-based size-exclusion resin, this gravity-flow column efficiently removes small molecules, including salts, dyes, biotin, haptens, and ammonia—while preserving your valuable target biomolecules.
Optimized for nucleic acids longer than 10 bp, proteins >5 kDa, and nanoparticles >2 nm, CentriPure 25 – Z25M delivers reliable results with >99.99% removal efficiency, >85% biomolecule recovery, and minimal dilution (~1.5×).
