Desalting Columns: Gravity flow MWCO 10 nt/bp
CentriPure Z25M desalting columns are optimized for gravity-flow purification of short oligonucleotides, small nucleic acids, and labeled oligo conjugates. With a molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) of approximately 10 nt or 5 kDa, they deliver efficient removal of salts, dyes, and other low molecular weight impurities without compromising yield or integrity.
Available in volumes ranging from 150 µL to 150 mL, these pre-packed, ready-to-use columns support a variety of workflows—from oligo labeling cleanup to purification prior to downstream processing or analysis.
While Z25M columns are ideal for oligonucleotide desalting, they can also be used for small peptides, dye-labeled fragments, and antibody derivatives, offering versatility across research and production applications.
