Protein Labeling Dyes: Excitation 500–600 nm
Orange and red fluorophores for bright, versatile signal detection.
This section includes TurboTag™ dyes with excitation maxima between 500 and 600 nm, such as TAMRA (Tetramethylrhodamine), ROX (X-Rhodamine), and DY-554. These fluorophores emit in the orange to red region and are widely used in immunofluorescence, ELISA, FRET assays, and multiplexed flow cytometry.
Selected for their brightness, photostability, and compatibility with common filter sets, these dyes provide high-quality, reproducible results. The included NHS-activated dyes and ZetaSpin MINI columns enable rapid labeling and purification in under 10 minutes.
Each kit contains three dye reactions optimized for labeling proteins >25 kDa.
