TurboTag 590 from emp BIOTECH is a complete fluorescent labeling and purification kit for proteins ≥ 25 kDa, especially antibodies. It utilizes a highly reactive NHS ester derivative of DYOMICS’ DY-590 dye to form covalent amide bonds with primary amines. The resulting protein-dye conjugates emit red fluorescence, with excitation and emission maxima at 594 nm and 606 nm, making them ideal for immunofluorescence, microscopy, and multiplexing applications.
Each 50 nmol vial of TurboTag 590 dye enables efficient labeling of up to 15 nmol of protein. The kit includes optimized protocols for labeling both 1 mg and 100 µg of IgG, ensuring fast and reproducible conjugation workflows.
