Description
TurboTag 565 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Sensitivity DY-555 Conjugation
TurboTag 565 from emp BIOTECH is a complete protein labeling and purification kit designed for covalent conjugation of proteins with DY-555, a high-brightness red fluorophore. Using a reactive NHS ester of DYOMICS’ DY-555 dye, the kit enables stable amide bond formation with primary amines on proteins ≥ 25 kDa—particularly antibodies.
The resulting protein-dye conjugates offer intense fluorescence with excitation at 547 nm and emission at 572 nm, making TurboTag 565 ideal for red-channel fluorescence applications in imaging, flow cytometry, and immunoassays.
Each kit contains 50 nmol of reactive dye, suitable for labeling up to 15 nmol of protein, and includes optimized protocols for 1 mg and 100 µg IgG labeling to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
