TurboTag 549 (DY-549P1 Protein Labeling Kit)

The TurboTag 549 Protein Labeling & Purification Kit is designed for the labeling and purification of proteins to form protein-dye conjugates having fluorescence-excitation and fluorescence-emission maxima at around 556 nm and 568 nm, respectively.

Description

TurboTag 549 Protein Labeling Kit for High-Performance DY-549P1 Conjugation

TurboTag 549 from emp BIOTECH is a complete fluorescent labeling and purification kit designed for covalent conjugation of proteins with DYOMICS’ DY-549P1 fluorophore. Ideal for proteins ≥ 25 kDa—including antibodies—this kit uses a highly reactive NHS ester to form stable amide bonds, enabling efficient fluorescent labeling under mild conditions. The resulting protein-dye conjugates exhibit excitation and emission maxima at 556 nm and 568 nm, respectively, providing a bright and reliable signal for a wide range of biochemical and diagnostic applications.

Each vial delivers 50 nmol of reactive TurboTag 549 dye, suitable for labeling up to 15 nmol of protein. Pre-validated protocols for 1 mg and 100 µg of IgG streamline your workflow, making the kit especially convenient for immunoassay development, fluorescence microscopy, and molecular detection.
