Desalting Plates – Gravity Flow Format
CentriPure Desalting Plates are optimized for high-throughput desalting and dye removal in oligonucleotide workflows. Filled with Zetadex gel filtration resin, these gravity-flow 96- and 384-well plates enable rapid removal of salts, dyes, and unincorporated labels from DNA and RNA samples. Designed for dye terminator cleanup in automated DNA sequencing protocols, they also support buffer exchange and purification of other biomolecules.
Available with different drip director lengths and well volumes (100 µL to 1000 µL), CentriPure plates offer excellent flexibility for a range of liquid handling systems and throughput demands. Hydrated and ready-to-use, each format ensures reproducible performance and low nonspecific binding.
