Packed with Zetadex-50SF, a superfine cross-linked dextran resin, this prehydrated 384-well plate rapidly removes excess DyeDeoxy and BigDye terminators from Sanger sequencing reactions, ensuring sharp signal starts and uniform intensity across all wells.
