The CentriPure 96 Gel Filtration Plate with 1000 µL well volume from emp BIOTECH is a ready-to-use solution for rapid, reproducible cleanup of dye terminators and low molecular weight impurities in high-throughput DNA sequencing workflows. Precision-packed with Zetadex-50SF, a superfine cross-linked dextran resin, this 96-well format enables simultaneous processing of up to 96 samples with excellent reproducibility, minimal sample loss, and <15-minute processing time using gravity or centrifugation.
Designed for BigDye® or DyeDeoxy™ terminator removal, as well as buffer exchange and desalting, this gel filtration plate ensures complete and uniform recovery of DNA or RNA across all wells, with clear signal detection starting from the first base.
