The CentriPure 96 – 800SD25 from emp BIOTECH is a ready-to-use 96-well gel filtration plate designed for the efficient removal of small molecular contaminants in automated or manual workflows. Filled with Zetadex-25SF, a cross-linked beaded dextran matrix, this plate enables rapid purification of oligonucleotides and sequencing reaction products, including the removal of excess DyeDeoxy™ and BigDye™ terminators.
Each well contains a uniform hydrated gel bed (400 µL) within an 800 µL total volume and is supported by a high-density PE filter membrane. The short drip directors ensure compatibility with standard lab equipment and robotic systems. Samples ranging from 10 to 50 µL are processed within 15 minutes using a centrifuge, delivering highly consistent signal intensities and clean reads starting from the first base.
