Each well is pre-filled with hydrated Zetadex-25 Superfine resin, enabling efficient gravity-based removal of DyeDeoxy and BigDye terminators, salts, and other low-molecular-weight impurities from nucleic acids >10 bp and proteins >5 kDa.
This 96-well plate format features 1000 µL well volumes and short drip directors to support fast and uniform elution across all wells—ensuring clean reads and strong signal consistency from the first base.
