The CentriPure 96 – 400 µL plate from emp BIOTECH is a high-performance gel filtration plate designed for the simultaneous cleanup of 96 DNA sequencing reactions. Filled with Zetadex-50 and equipped with long drip directors, this sterile, ready-to-use 96-well plate removes unincorporated DyeDeoxy and BigDye™ terminators, salts, and low-molecular-weight impurities. It delivers high recovery and uniform read signal intensity starting from the first base across all wells.
Each well has a 400 µL volume and contains a ~320 µL hydrated gel bed supported by an individual 25 µm PE membrane. The plates are optimized for gravity or centrifugation-based workflows and compatible with automated liquid handling systems, enabling efficient purification in under 15 minutes.
