Pre-packed with Zetadex-50 gel filtration resin, this 96-well plate with short drip directors removes excess terminators, unincorporated nucleotides, salts, and dyes from sequencing mixtures in less than 15 minutes. Its uniform resin distribution ensures reproducible elution profiles and clean sequencing reads from the first base onward.
Each well accommodates up to 400 µL and is supported by a precision-fitted UHMW-PE membrane. The plate is ready-to-use and optimized for both manual pipetting and robotic platforms.
