The CentriPure 96 – 800 µL from emp BIOTECH is a ready-to-use gel filtration plate designed for the rapid and reliable removal of excess dye terminators and small molecules from DNA sequencing reactions and oligonucleotide samples. Packed with Zetadex-50SF, each of the 96 wells supports sample purification with high reproducibility, delivering clean reads with uniform signal intensity from the first base.
Engineered for throughput and consistency, each well features a hydrophilic 400 µL gel bed supported by a 25 µm PE membrane, enclosed in a sterile medical-grade polypropylene plate. With a sample volume range of 5–30 µL, all 96 reactions can be processed simultaneously using a standard centrifuge and collection plate, without need for vacuum or additional instrumentation.
