CentriPure Z50M columns provide rapid, gravity-based purification and desalting of proteins larger than 25 kDa and oligonucleotides longer than 20 bp. Packed with Zetadex-50 Medium resin, they enable consistent performance for downstream workflows such as oligonucleotide synthesis, PCR cleanup, and buffer exchange.
Available in a variety of formats from 1 mL to 10 mL sample capacity, these pre-filled, ready-to-use columns simplify purification without centrifugation or dialysis.
