Centrifugation-Based Gel Filtration for Biomolecule Cleanup
Columns: For small-scale spin purification of up to 5 mL
Spin columns are a fast, convenient option for purifying and desalting biomolecules in low-volume workflows. Pre-packed with size exclusion resin and pre-hydrated in buffers such as PBS, Tris, or deionized water, these columns deliver reliable separation of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. Non-hydrated formats are also available for flexible buffer conditions and storage.
Products are available in MINI and MIDI formats, with or without stabilizers, and in ready-to-use starter kits that include adapters and collection tubes.
