CentriPure MIDI 5 – Z50SF is a ready-to-use gel filtration column designed for fast and effective desalting, buffer exchange, and small molecule removal from proteins larger than 25 kDa, oligonucleotides longer than 20 bases, or nanoparticles over 4 nm in diameter. The column is packed with Zetadex-50 Medium—a high-performance, cross-linked beaded dextran matrix—and hydrated with pure deionized water. It offers a powerful gravity-flow purification solution without the need for specialized equipment.
