CentriPure MIDI 5 – Z50SF, PBS from emp BIOTECH is a ready-to-use gel filtration column pre-filled with Zetadex-50 Superfine resin and equilibrated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS, pH 7). Designed for proteins >25 kDa and oligonucleotides >20 bp, it efficiently removes salts, dyes, and other low-molecular-weight compounds in a single gravity-driven step.
