ZetaSep Desalt is a prepacked FPLC column with a 1 mL bed volume designed for rapid and efficient desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of low molecular weight contaminants. Engineered for use with liquid chromatography systems, this column enables reproducible separation of larger biomolecules—such as antibodies, enzymes, and nucleic acids—from unwanted small molecules using size-exclusion principles.
Ideal for small-scale workflows, ZS-0102 allows simple and effective purification using a syringe, peristaltic pump, or standard chromatography system. It contains Zetadex-25 Superfine, a composite beaded gel matrix manufactured by emp BIOTECH in Berlin-Buch. The resin supports high flow rates, excellent chemical stability, and consistent resolution across a wide pH range.
