Description
Reliable Weak Anion Exchange Resin for Protein and Nucleic Acid Purification
Zetadex-50 DEAE from emp BIOTECH is a dry, beaded composite gel filtration resin, functionalized with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) groups for weak anion exchange (AEX) chromatography. Developed from cross-linked dextran (Zetadex-50), this matrix offers high capacity, chemical robustness, and predictable performance in the separation of negatively charged biomolecules such as nucleic acids and proteins.
This versatile resin is suitable for gravity flow, centrifugation, and chromatography system formats, and is particularly useful for gentle purification protocols, even in the presence of denaturants such as urea or guanidine hydrochloride.
