CentriPure Desalting Centrifugation Columns enable fast, efficient cleanup of oligonucleotides by removing salts, dyes, and other small contaminants. Designed for spin-column workflows, these products combine ease of use with high recovery and broad compatibility for nucleic acid purification.
Available in three convenient formats to match your workflow requirements:
MINI Spin Columns (MWCO 10 nt/bp) – For 150 µL to 1 mL samples; ideal for small oligonucleotides and peptides
MINI Spin Columns (MWCO 20 nt/bp) – For 150 µL to 1 mL samples; suitable for larger oligonucleotides and proteins
MIDI Spin Columns – For volumes up to 5 mL; optimized for mid-scale oligo purification and desalting
All CentriPure columns are pre-swollen, pre-packed, and available in various buffers including PBS, TRIS, or pure water — simplifying integration into any oligo cleanup workflow.
