ZetaSep Phenyl HC

FPLC column packed with high capacity HIC resin, derivatized with phenyl ligand. A small-sized cross-linked beaded agarose resin for hydrophobic interaction chromatography purification.

Description

High-Capacity Phenyl Resin for Precision HIC Purification

ZetaSep Phenyl HC (ZS-1504) is an FPLC column packed with Zetarose Phenyl HC—a 6% cross-linked agarose resin featuring 30 µm beads functionalized with aromatic phenyl (C₆H₅) ligands. Its small particle size and high ligand density (40 µmol/mL) deliver elevated binding capacity and resolution, making it ideal for demanding hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) applications.
The phenyl ligand enables salt-dependent interactions with hydrophobic regions of proteins and biomolecules. This allows effective separation and polishing under gradient conditions. ZetaSep Phenyl HC offers reliable scale-up and reproducibility across purification workflows.
