Description
High-Performance IMAC for His-Tagged Protein Purification
ZetaSep Ni-NTA FF6 from emp BIOTECH is a pre-packed FPLC column filled with 6% cross-linked agarose resin functionalized with nickel-charged nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) ligands. Designed for immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC), this column delivers selective purification of polyhistidine-tagged (6xHis) proteins under native or denaturing conditions.
The resin’s ~100 µm bead size ensures excellent flow characteristics, minimal backpressure, and reproducible performance across preparative workflows. ZetaSep Ni-NTA FF6 enables high-yield capture with efficient removal of impurities—even in challenging buffer systems or high-throughput conditions.
Performance Highlights
- ≥ 20 µmol Ni²⁺/mL resin ion density
