ZetaSep Protein A Elevate from emp BIOTECH is a pre-packed FPLC column designed for efficient and selective purification of immunoglobulins. It contains Zetarose Protein A Elevate—cross-linked beaded agarose functionalized with a NaOH-tolerant recombinant Protein A ligand. This robust resin enables consistent binding performance, even during repeated cleaning cycles with 1 M NaOH.
With an average bead diameter of ~100 µm, the column provides excellent flow properties and uniform packing for high-resolution purification. Its high binding capacity (≥ 40 mg human IgG/mL resin) makes it ideal for capturing antibodies directly from clarified protein A eluates or complex biological samples, without sacrificing throughput or reproducibility.
