Rapid Screening Kit for Antibody Purification Workflows
SMIRF™ Antibody Purification Kit from emp BIOTECH combines high-quality affinity, hydrophobic interaction, and desalting resins in one easy-to-use FPLC-compatible format. This screening kit is designed for the rapid development and evaluation of antibody purification protocols using standard chromatography systems. Each kit includes:
- 1 mL Zetarose Protein A Elevate® column for selective antibody capture,
- 1 mL Zetarose Phenyl FF6 column for hydrophobic interaction purification, and
- 5 mL Zetadex 25-SF column for final desalting or buffer exchange.
All columns are based on cross-linked 6% agarose or dextran beads and are pre-packed, pre-swollen, and ready to use.
