ZetaCell Phenyl from emp BIOTECH is a cross-linked agarose-based resin designed for SMART™ HIC (Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography) applications. Functionalized with a phenyl ligand (–C₆H₅), this robust resin enables scalable and selective purification of proteins and other biomolecules based on hydrophobic interactions. The large bead diameter (250 µm) ensures fast flow rates and compatibility with SMART radial-flow formats, even from unclarified feed streams.
