Description
ZetaCell Protein G is a large cross-linked beaded agarose resin, derivatized with Protein G ligands. The resin may be used to purify immunoglobulins via their selective affinity to Protein G. It is specifically designed for SMART™ affinity chromatography. SMART Chromatography™ uses proprietary ZetaCell solid phases. These are based on large-particle highly cross-linked agarose, which is surface-modified to provide the desired binding functionality. The beads have been designed to allow cells and cell debris from the bioreactor to pass unhindered through the packed column bed. SMART chromatography™ is covered by US Patent 11,325,104.
