ZetaCell DEAE from emp BIOTECH is a large-bead weak anion exchange resin designed specifically for SMART™ ion exchange chromatography. It features highly cross-linked agarose particles functionalized with a diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) ligand, ideal for the purification of negatively charged biomolecules under mild conditions.
Engineered for high-throughput purification directly from unclarified feed streams, ZetaCell DEAE supports predictable, linear scale-up and robust processing of mammalian cells, bacteria, yeast, and other bioreactor-derived materials. The 250 µm bead diameter ensures optimal flow properties and minimal risk of clogging, even in cell-containing samples.
