ZetaCell CM Boost from emp BIOTECH is a large-bead, cross-linked agarose resin functionalized with carboxymethyl (CM) weak cation ligands. Designed specifically for SMART™ Chromatography, this resin supports direct processing of cell-containing feedstocks by enabling unobstructed flow through its open, macroporous structure.
By increasing the surface accessibility of its CM ligands, ZetaCell CM Boost delivers enhanced binding capacity without compromising flow properties. It performs reliably in continuous or batch ion exchange chromatography and is compatible with a broad pH range and common aqueous buffers.
