ZetaCell SP Boost from emp BIOTECH is a strong cation exchange agarose resin designed for efficient protein purification in SMART™ ion exchange chromatography. Engineered with highly cross-linked 250 µm agarose beads and functionalized with sulphopropyl (SP) ligands, this resin offers superior flow performance and effective separation of positively charged biomolecules—even in unclarified feedstreams.
Thanks to increased surface-localized ligand density, ZetaCell SP Boost provides enhanced binding capacity and consistent performance across a wide pH and pressure range. It enables direct processing of complex samples in continuous or perfusion workflows, maintaining robustness and reproducibility throughout repeated cycles.
