Zetarose Ni-NTA FF6

6 % Beaded agarose resin immobilized with Ni²⁺ charged nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA).IMAC affinity resin for His-tagged protein purification.

Description

Selective Purification of His-Tagged Proteins with IMAC Resin

Zetarose Ni-NTA FF6 from emp BIOTECH is a 6 % cross-linked beaded agarose resin functionalized with nickel-charged nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) for efficient immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC). Specifically designed for purification of polyhistidine (His)-tagged proteins, this resin supports high binding capacity, low non-specific binding, and flexible elution options under both native and denaturing conditions.
The resin’s agarose matrix offers excellent physical stability and flow performance at up to 3 bar, with consistent results in manual and automated workflows. Zetarose Ni-NTA FF6 is ideal for reproducible affinity capture of His-tagged proteins from clarified lysates or fermentation broths.

Performance Highlights
  • ≥ 40 mg His-tagged protein/mL resin (SBC)
  • ≥ 20 µmol Ni²⁺/mL resin
  • Compatible with imidazole, histidine, or low-pH elution
  • Stable at ≥ 500 cm/h flow rates
  • Operates at up to 3 bar system pressure
  • For native or denaturing purification protocols
