Zetarose NTA FF6 from emp BIOTECH is a 6 % cross-linked beaded agarose resin derivatized with metal-free nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), enabling flexible immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) for the purification of His-tagged proteins. This uncharged version allows users to pre-load the resin with their metal ion of choice (Ni²⁺, Co²⁺, Cu²⁺, or Zn²⁺), tailoring affinity and specificity to the needs of each application.
The 100 µm beads provide an optimal balance of flow performance and surface area, while the stable resin matrix supports native or denaturing conditions. Zetarose NTA FF6 is ideal for research, process development, or customized screening workflows involving recombinant proteins with polyhistidine (6xHis) tags.
