Description
Efficient Antibody Purification with NaOH-Stable Affinity Resin
Zetarose Protein A Elevate from emp BIOTECH is a cross-linked agarose affinity resin designed for efficient purification of immunoglobulins via selective binding to a recombinant Protein A ligand. Engineered for base stability and compatibility with standard purification protocols, this resin enables fast and reliable antibody capture in gravity or pressure-driven workflows.
The resin is based on highly cross-linked 100 µm agarose beads with ≥ 80% of particles in the 45–160 µm range. Its NaOH-tolerant ligand supports repeated cleaning-in-place (CIP) cycles and stable performance in a broad pH window. Zetarose Protein A Elevate is ideal for preparative-scale IgG purification workflows requiring strong performance, reproducibility, and long resin lifetime.
