Description
Zetarose Aldehyde-activated FF6 resin is based on Zetarose FlashFlow 6 % beaded agarose (highly cross-linked). Zetarose Aldehyde-activated FF6 solid phase is used to bind primary amines, such as those found on lysine residues on proteins, through reductive amination as stable secondary amines. This results in a more stable linkage when compared to other activation chemistries such as CNBr.
