Description

Zetarose NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide)-activated FF6 resin is based on Zetarose FlashFlow 6 % beaded agarose (highly cross-linked). Zetarose NHS-activated FF6 solid phase is used to bind primary amines, as a fast and easy to perform reaction. This results in a more stable linkage when compared to other activation chemistries such as CNBr. The introduction of the long spacer arm between the agarose solid phase and the activated NHS group means that this solid phase is ideally suited for the immobilization of small molecules, as well as for peptides and proteins.
