Description
Robust Strong Cation Exchange for High-Yield Protein Purification
Zetarose SP FF6 from emp BIOTECH is a 6% cross-linked beaded agarose resin functionalized with sulphopropyl (SP) ligands for strong cation exchange chromatography (CEX). It delivers reliable, high-capacity separation of proteins and biomolecules, even under demanding downstream purification workflows.
The solid phase is based on Zetarose FlashFlow agarose, engineered for optimal flow properties, mechanical stability, and broad chemical resistance. With particle sizes ranging from 45–160 µm and ≥ 80% in range, Zetarose SP FF6 is suitable for column packing in lab- to pilot-scale purification of positively charged proteins and enzymes.
