Description
Efficient Strong Anion Exchange Chromatography for Protein Purification
Zetarose Q FF6 from emp BIOTECH is a cross-linked 6% beaded agarose resin functionalized with quaternary ammonium (Q) groups for strong anion exchange (AEX) chromatography. Designed to purify negatively charged biomolecules such as nucleic acids and acidic proteins, Zetarose Q FF6 offers reliable performance in both research and manufacturing workflows.
With an average bead diameter of 100 µm and ≥80% of particles in the 45–160 µm range, this resin delivers fast flow, low backpressure, and excellent resolution in gravity, low-pressure, or automated chromatography setups. Zetarose Q FF6 is stable over a broad pH range and operates at linear velocities ≥500 cm/h and up to 3 bar system pressure.
