Zetadex-50 QAE from emp BIOTECH is a strong anion exchange resin based on a beaded composite of cross-linked dextran, optimized for reliable purification of negatively charged biomolecules. Functionalized with quaternary aminoethyl groups, this resin offers high ionic capacity and excellent performance for ion exchange chromatography (IEX) in both small- and large-scale applications.
With a particle size range of 40–120 µm and high functional group density, Zetadex-50 QAE enables efficient separation of nucleic acids, proteins, and other anionic species under varying process conditions. The matrix maintains chemical stability and resolution even at high flow rates.
