Ready-to-Use Size-Exclusion Gel for Efficient Biomolecule Purification
Zetadex-50 Superfine, Hydrated in PBS / 0.02% NaN₃ (TM-0121) is a pre-hydrated gel filtration matrix developed by emp BIOTECH. It consists of highly purified, cross-linked dextran beads optimized for rapid purification, desalting, and buffer exchange of proteins and nucleic acids. Pre-suspended in PBS and autoclaved for sterility, this matrix is ready to use in gravity flow or chromatography workflows without the need for further preparation.
This superfine grade delivers excellent resolution and separation performance with minimal sample dilution. It is ideal for purifying proteins ≥ 25 kDa and nucleic acids ≥ 20 bp.
